Pregnancy in rudimentary uterine horn is very rare. We experienced four cases of unruptured rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy. The present report is concerned with the report of four cases of pregnancy in rudimentary uterine horn. The patients were cured by simple hysterectomy and resection of the pregnant reudmentary uterine horn, and then some articles concerned to this subject are reviewed briefly.
