저자들은 최근 중앙길병원 산부인과에서 중복기형아 2례 (omphalo-xiphopagus 1례 및 dicephalus 1례)를 경험하였기에 간략한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Conjoined twinning is a rare congenital malformation that occurs once in every 50,000 to 100,000 births. So in most instances the correct prenatal diagnosis is difficult. We have recently met two cases of conjoined twins, Omphalopagus terata anacatadidyma duplicata complita and Dicephalus duplicata incomplita. We present these with brief review of the literatures.
