중앙대학교 산부인과 불임크리닉에서는 체외수정시술후 우측 광인대 및 자궁내임신이 동반된 병합임신이 임신말기까지 지속되어 건강한 쌍태아를 분만하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Combined intra-uterine and extra-uterine (intraligamentary) gestation is a very rare obstetrical phenomenon, but if it does occur, it is potentially dangerous to mother and fetus. The following case is of interest in two respects. First, Pregnancy was achieved by In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer (IVF-ET). Second, extrauterine pregnancy is fight intraligamentary pregnancy resulting in the delivery of alive and healthy infant of 38 week`s gestation. We present a patient who was treated for secondary infertility with IVF-ET who presented later with combined intra-uterine and extra-uterine gestation with successful outcome of twin healthy babies following C-section delivery at 38 weeks` gestation.
