최근 저자들은 기왕력은 확실치 않으나 3개월전 우측 서혜부에 생겼던 종괴가 이주하여 우측 대음손에 inclusion syst 양상으로 존재했던 산부인과영역에서는 드문 sparganosis 1례를 체험하였기에 약간의 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Sparganosis is a parasitic infestation caused by sparganum of several species of tapeworm related to Diphyllobothrium latum. Sparganum is a parasite infesting principally in the cats or dogs, but human infestation was also not uncommonly reported. However, the urogenital infestation of sparganum in the women was very rarely reported in the Korea. In recent times, we experienced a case of the sparganosis which was migrated from the right inguinal area to the right labia majora. This patient, 32 years old woman, was suffered from palpable mass on the right labia majora. From the cystic capsule inthe mass, white colored sparganum measuring about 10 cm in length was extirpated. So we reported this case with a brief review of the literatures.
