저자들은 금번 위와 같은 2례의 태반혈관종을 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Chorioangioma is a common primary benign tumor of the placenta. The incidence of chorioangioma is higher than generally realized one because of poor routine examination of the placenta. Hydramnios, preterm delivery, toxemia and antepartum hemorrhage are common as maternal complication. We have had an experience of two cases of chorioangioma. Case 1 was associated with hydramnios and minor fetal cardiac anomaly. Case 2 was associated with abruptio placenta. Now we report two cases of chorioangioma and review with literatures briefly.
