원발성 난소융모상피암은 매우 희귀하며 정확하고 신속한 진단과 적극적인 치료가 따르지 못하면 그 예후가 대단히 나쁜 질환이다. 최근 저자긍은 우측 난소에 발생한 원발성 융모상피암 1례를 체험하였기에 간단한 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Primary ovarian choriocarcinoma is very rare. Especially, non-gestational choriocarcinoma of ovary is very rare. And there was poor responded in chemotherapy. We experienced a case of primary ovarian choriocarcinoma in 34 year old woman, which is presented with a brief review of the literatures.
