저자 등은 최근 한쪽 난관이 폐쇄되어 있고 자궁경부인자에 의한 불임부인에게 clomiphene citrate/hMG/HCG를 사용하여 과배란유도를 시행하고 3개의 배란직전의 성숙난자를 채취하여 swim-up처리한 정자와 함께 골반강내로 주입하여 임신을 성공시켰기에 보고하는 바이다.

Peritoneal oocyte and sperm transfer (POST) was performed under ultrasound guidance and local anesthesia by the transvaginal route for a patient with cervical factor infertility. This resulted in intrauterine pregnancy confirmed by a raised serum β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG) level and an ultrasound scan.
