본 교실에서는 우측난관과 좌측난소만이 보존되어있는 우측단각자궁 1례에서 좌측난소를 우측난관 부위로 근접시키는 난소전위술에 의하여 임신에 성공하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Ovarian Transpositon has been implicated in the preservation of ferility during the radiotherapy for young women and the correction of infertility. Although a few case reports lighten this operation as an easy and successful therapy on cases where one functional ovary and a healthy contralateral fallopian tube are preserved, but is demands more cases for its statistical consistency. In a patient who had a right unicornuate uterus with only the left ovary and the right fallopian tube intact, we performed ovarian transposition as an apposition of the left ovary to the right tube and subsequently she got an intrauterine pergnancy.
