저자들은 임신 36주에 급성 전골수구성 백혈병으로 진단된 26세 초산모에서, 조기진통과 범발성 혈관내 응고증을 보이고, 분만후 뇌출혈과 급성폐부전으로 사망한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Acute leukemia is rare in pregnant women in spite of high frequency of reproductive age, occuring in less than 1 in 75,000 pregnancies. The incidence of acute promyolocytic leukemia would be expected to 5∼7% in acute leukemia. The patient with acute promyeloctic leukemia present with bleeding tendency due to disseminated intravascular coagulation introduced by thromboplastic material release by leukemia cells and poor prognosis than other leukemias. As the patient with acute promyelocytic leukemia, chemotherapeutic agents, antibiotics and blood component therapy have been recommanded for managements. We exprienced a case of the pregnancy of 26-year-old woman with acute promyelocytic leukemia. And She delivared of a 2430gm, healthy female baby at 36 weeks. After delivary of infant, her general conditions and mental state continued to deteriorate rapidly and She died in the next early morning due to intracerebral hemorrage and acute respiratory failure. So we reported this case with brief review of the literatures.
