저자들은 25세의 초임부에서 임신 제 20주에 태아사망을 동반한 수두감염증 1례를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 이를 보고하는 바이다.

Varicella is caused by primary infection of varicella zoster virus. It is common in children, but rarely occurs in susceptible adults. Varicella during pregnancy is also rare but, when it does occur, it may affect mother, fetus or neonate. It is prone to be more severe and may be fatal if complications, Such as varicella pneumonia, are combined. This is a case report 25-year-old pregnant woman with varicella during pregnancy, complicated by fetal death in utero.
