저자들은 최근 Bochdalek hernia를 가진 산모와 그녀에게서 출생된 남아 또한 Bochdalek hernia를 가진 아주 드문 경우를 체험하였기에 이에 문헌고찰과 함께 증례 보고하는 바이다.

Congenital diaphragmatic hernia through the Bochdalek foramen, posterolateral diaphragmatic hernia, is the result of a congenital malformation of the postero-lateral region of the diaphragm. We have experienced a very rare case of the Bochdalek hernia which presented simultaneously in a pregnant woman and her fetus. The hernia in a pregnant woman was corrected by surgery but her baby was expired immediatly after birth due to hypoxia and multiple congenital anomaly.
