임신 29주에 초음파로 횡격막탈장증을 진단한 후 임신 31주에 조산, 사망한 영아의 부검결과 좌측 전횡격막 무발육증, 환측 폐발육 부전증, 선천성 심질환이 동반되었던 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

A congenital aplasia of left diaphragm is very rare diaphragmatic anomaly. We experienced a case of the anomaly in a premature infant who was died a few minutes after delivery. This anomaly was detected by ultrasonograpy performed at 29 weeks gestational age and it was combined with a ipsilateral hypoplastic lung and heart anomaly.
