저자 등은 위암으로 근치적 위아전절제술 및 양측난관 제거술의 시행후 자궁으로 전이된 Krukenberg tumor 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

The tumor metastasized to the ovary has been known to the krukenberg tumor and in over half of that case, that metastasized bilaterally. The definite diagnosis of the krukenberg tumor would be pathologic diagnosis with wurgical specimen. It was known that the metastasis to the uterus was seldom happened except the case of spreading from ovary or other near organs. A few was found at autopsy and other was found when endometrial biopsy was done. We report a case of krukenberg tumor which metastasized to the uterus with a brief review of the literature.
