저자들은 초산부의 쌍태 임신 27주에 다발성기형을 동반한 낭상임파관종의 1례와 임신 24주에 phocomelia가 초음파검사상 의심되었던 낭상임파관종 1례를 초음파검사 및 태아부검에 의해 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Cystic hygroma or lymphangiectasis congenita is a benign tumor which occurs on lymphatic channel and a few of that occurs at neck and others occur at several organs. This disease had been reported by Redenbacher (1828) and had been named cystic hygroma by Wernher (1843). Even though the incidence is relatively rare, the diagnosis of cystic hygroma has been improved by ultrasonography. Two cases of cystic hygroma, suspected strongly by ultrasonography in antenatal period, and confirmed as cystic hygroma by autopsy are reported here with brief review of the literature.
