저자들은 1986년 인천 길병원 산부인과에서 수술후 병리조직학적으로 확진된 원발성 난관암 1예를 체험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Fallopian tube carcinoma is very rare of female reproductive organs with an incidence of less than 1 % all genital malignancies. A 48 years old, middle aged woman presented with a pelvic mass. Pathologic examination of the resected specimen revealed a primary adenocarcinoma of the left fallopian tube. We have experienced this case and reported with brief review of literature.
