Among the fate of the extrauterine fetus, lithopedion is very rare. A case of 68 year old woman with lithopedion in the peritoneal cavity, which had been carried for thirty two years, is presented here. Lapaiotony showed that lithopedion was partly covered by omentum and, on further examination, we noted intestinal perforation. A case of 32 year old lithopedion is reported with a brief review of the literature.
