50대 여자에서 비교적 초기 즉 ,stage Ia, stage Ic에 발견된 난소의 clear cell carcinoma 2예 를 치험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

It is known for its rare tendency to cause hyperclacemia and postoperative thromboembolic complications . Clinical and pathologic finding of Two cases of clear cell carcinoma of the ovary are reported here with review of literatures.
