저자들은 1988년 10월30일 분만전 Cold autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia 로 진단되어 질식분 만 시킨후 보온 및 chlorambucil, folic acid, 철분제 등의 경구토여로 당초 혈색소 6.2gm/dl에서 분만후 4.2gm/dl 까지 감소된 심한 빈혈을 위의 약제로서 2주만에 혈색소 12.1gm/dl로 호전 시킨 경험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Cold autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia is a rare form of immune hemolytic anemias in pregnancy casued by a circulating IgM antibody that result in R.B.C. deteruction by complement activation IgM antibodies do not cross the placenta and therefore the fetal red cells are not affected. Immunosupressants, corticosteroid and keeping the body warm have been recommended for management. We experinced a case of cold AIHA diagnosed befor delivery and managed with chlorambucil and keeping the body warm after delivery. Therefore we make a case report on Cold autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia in pregnancy with the corresponding photographs.
