1986년 3월초부터 1987년 2월말까지 1년간 본원에서 수술한 16에 환자에 대해 수술전후의 자각적 요로증상과 객관적인 요여학적 검사를 시행한 후 관찰한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 질식자궁적출술 및 방광루교정술은 자궁탈과 방광루를 교정하는데 적당한 수술이며, 수술 전 자각적 요로증상은 8예에서 수술후 2예로 배뇨장애를 감소시켰다. 2. 수술전후의 객관적인 요역학적검사의 변화를 보이면 PFR, 최대방광내압, 방광용적, voluntary terminal contration은 상당히 호전되어 통계학적으로 유의한 증가를 보였으며 잔뇨 량은 통계학적으로 큰 의의가 없었다. 3. 수술전 요역학적 검사상 증명된 배뇨장애 환자는 1예(6.25%)로 PFR이 5ml/sec와 잔뇨량 이 200ml였고, 수술후 2예(12.5%)로 1예는 잔뇨량이 200ml이었고 나머지 1예는 PFR 255ml/sec에서 155ml/sec로 감소되어 수술전보다 수술후 요역학적 검사상 배뇨장애는 증가 하였으나 이것은 수술후 배뇨통 혹은 요도화상에 의한 일시적인 현상으로 계속적인 추적이 요구된다.

The aim of this study was to assess the pre-operative and post-operative comparions of the clinical symptoms and urodynamic effect in 16 patients with prolapse of uteri or cystocele who were admitted at Department of Obsterics and Gyunecology, Masan Korea General Hospital from March 1986 to January 1987. The pre-operative urodynamic study was performed on admission day, and the post-operative urodynamic study was performed on post-operative 7th day. The complaints for prolapse of uteri or cystocele did not significantly subside after the transvaginal hysterectomy or colporrhaphy was performed . But the peak flow rate, maximum intervesical pressure and bladder capacity were significantly changed in pre-operative and post-operative urodynamic studies. And the residual urine volume was not significantly changed.
