1.불임부부 18쌍을 대상으로 정자세정에 의한 자궁내인공수정을 시행한 결과 6예의 경부불 임증 3예, 감정자증 6예 및 감무력정자증 2예의 남성불임 8예중 1예, 원인미상의 불임 4예중 1예에서 각각 임신이 되었다. 2. 임신에 성공한 5에중 3예는 첫 Insemination cycle에서 임신이 성공되었고, 두 번째 cycle 과 세 번째 cycle에서 각각 1예식 임신이 되었다. 3. 총 임신성공율은 27.9%이었고 Insemination cycle은 51 cycle이었으며 개인당 평균 Insemination cycle 은 2.9+-1.4 cycle 이었고 1 cycle 당 임신 성공률은 9.8%이었다.

Intrauterine Insemination with Washed Spermatozoa was performed in 18 infertile couples. Among them , their primary causes were cervical factors (n=6) oligospermia(n=6), oligoathenospermia (n=2) and unexplained cause(n=4) . A total of 51 cycles were attempted and 5 Intrauterine pregnancy were achieved . Overall pregnancy rate was 27.8%.
