This study was carried out based on the clinical record of 15 patients in primary advanced cervical cancer who were treated with combination chemotherapy with Adrimatycin 50 mg/m^2, Bleomycin 20mg and Cisplatinum 50 mg/m^2 at the Department of Obsterics and Gyunecology , Kosin medical College Hospital during the period from Oct. 1, 1985 to July 31. 1986. The results were obatained as follows. 1. Overall objective tumor response showed 53.3%(8/15) complete response were 6.7%(1/15) and partial responses were 46.7%(7/15). 2. According to the stage, response rate of cancer of cervix were as follows, stage IIb showed 72.7%(8/11) one patients of stage IIIa and 3 patients of IIIb showed only stable disease. 3. The response group showed its effectiveness from the first or 2nd course of combination chemotherapy. 4. In most of the unresponse group (7patients ) it was observed that size of tumor mass was not increased but rather it was decreased in size.
