저자들은 매우 희귀한 증례인 자간전증을 동반한 분만중 뇌동정맥기형의 파열 1예를 경험 하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

We had experinced a case of rupture of cerebral arteriovenous malformation during labour in 26 years old primiparous woman , who also showed preeclampsia symptom;hyper tension, proteinuria, edema. So we present this case with a brief review of concerned literature.
