저자들은 최근 본원 산부인과에 자궁체부에 발생한 muller씨 선육종 1예를 경험하였기에 문 헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Mullerian adenosarcoma has been described as a distinctive biphasic uterine tumor with benign epithelial and malignant stormal components. Adenosarcoma of the uterine corpus is considered to be a tumor of low grade malignancy with relatively good prognosis, but the possibility of recurrence is still high and occaaional cases with metastasis have been documented. Recently, we have experienced such a case in a 23-yeraold unmarried woman . the patients has been followed for 1 year without any evidence of recurrence after operation followed by combination chemotherpy This case is presented with a brief review of the literatures.
