Abstract

한양대학병원 산부인과학교실에서는 25세의 무월경 8주 초산부에서 피양낭종과 동반된 점액 성낭선종의 복합종양1 예를 경험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Benign cystic teratoma and cystadenomas are the two most common ovarian tumors during pregnancy. But the combination of cystic teratoma and mucinous cystadenoma in the same ovary is less common . We present a case of this entily and the correspondign sonograms.
