한양대학교 의과대학 산부인과학교실에서는 임상소견과 검사소견이 임신과 동반된 전신성 홍반성 낭창으로 진단된 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

The following case is one in which pregnancy was complicated by S.L.E . this 27 years old primigravida woman in which amenorrhea 38 weeks, was admitted to our department . In this early pregnancy, she was diagnosed as discoid L.E by skin biopsy at dermatology. She dilivered a severe growth retarded baby. At postpartum 7 days, she was transferred to dept. of I.M. under the impression of lupus nephritis and left pleural effusion. during admission., the patients was treated with diuretics and antihypertensive drugs. After confirm the clinical improvement, she was discharged.
