1985 년 1월 1일부터 동년 12월 31일까지 목포 성골롬반병원 산부인과에서 입원분만한 총 2950명을 대상으로 국제출산력연구소에서 개발한 모성기록부에 의거 조사 분석한 결과 다음 과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 산모의 평균연령은 26.14+-3.2세이며, 25-29세군이 1793예(60.82%)로 가장 많았고 고위험 임신율을 보이는 19세이하군과 35세이상군이 73예(2.48%)이었으며 기혼의 경우가 98.67%로 대부분을 차지하였고, 고등학교 교육이상을 받은경우가 64.72%였다. 2. 산모의 평균출생아 출산횟수는 0.52+-0.81회이었고, 생아출산경력이 없는 경우는 1764명 (60.10%)으로 가장 많았으며 1회생아출산 산모가 32.4% 2회출산 5.66%, 3회이상 생아출산 산모는 2.15%였다. 평균인공유산 횟수는 0.63회이고 인공유산을 경험한 산모가 1027명(34.83%)였다. 3. 산모의 평균임신기간은 39.11+-6.6주였으며 조산아 출생빈도는 초산부 6.02% 경산부 8.63%로 경산부가 다소 높았다. 4. 분만방법의 유형별분포를 보면 자연질식 분만 83.50% 제왕절개 8.97% 흡입분만 5.99% 이었으며 제왕절개술로 복식 분만의 적응증은 아두골반 불균형이 39.69%로 가장 많았다. 5. 신생아의 평균체중은 3160+-64gm이었으며 경산부는 신생아체중이(3225+-68gm)이 초산부 (3102+-57gm)보다 무겁다. 신생아 상태가 극히 불량한 것으로 사료되는 5분 apger score치 3점 미만인 경우는 2.77%였다. 6. 산모의 산전 합병증 발생빈도는 5.49% 이었으며 임신성 고혈압 (2.42%) 및 감염증 (1.43%)이 많았다. 7. 총 분만 2950예중 모성사망은 한 예도 발생하지 않았으며 주산기 사망율은 출산아 1000명 당 26.10명이다.

This is a review of 2950 cases of delivered women at St Columban Hospital from January . 1 to December.31, 1985. The maternitfy care record as designed by international fertility research program for the purpose of obtaining clinical and stastical data were checked for all delivered cases. The results of these material were as follows; 1. The mean age of 2950 cases was 26.14+-3.2 The age group of 25-29 was most common with 60.82% (1793 cases) and the age group of over 35 and under 19 in high risk pregnancy was 2.48% (73cases). 2. The mean live births in obstetric history was 0.52+-0.81 No history of live births was most common with 60.10% (1764 cases) one live birth represented 32.4% two births; 5.65% 3 or more birth 2.15% 3. Mean gestational age was 39.11+-6.6weeks according to the incindence of premature delivery by parity ; primipara : 6.02%, multipara : 8.63%. 4. The methods of delviery of 2922 cases were as follows ; spontaneous vaginal delivery ; 83.50%, C-section was most commonly cephalopelvic disproportion c 39.69%. 5. The mean birth weight of new born was 3160+-64gm The infant delivered by multipara (3226+-68gm) weighed slightly more in primipara (3102 +-57gm). A 5 min Apgar score showed the incindence of a poor infantile state below 3 was 2.77%. 6. The incindence of antenatal complications was 5.49% of which hypertensive disorder was most frequent (2.42%) 7. The perinatal mortaility rare was 26.10 per 1000 infant delivered of the 2950 cases and materal mortality was zero
