난소 내배엽동 종양

Endodermal sinus tumor, being one of the gonadal neoplasm, is rare and highly malignant. It characteristically develops in young patients. The tumor is extremely virulent and the mortality is very high, regardless of mode of treatment, including combined chemotherapy. In this report, we present a patient with an endodermal sinus tumor of the ovary who underwent second-look operation following 12 cycles of VAC regimen with a brief review of literatures concerned.
