본 병원 산부인과에서 자궁내피임장치(Lippes loop)를 착용하고 있는 중에 발생하였고, Spiegelberg의 진단기준을 충족시킨 난소임신 1례를 경험하였기에 그 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

We have recently experienced one case of ovarian pregnancy in the presence of an intrauterine device, which satisfies the criteria proposed by Spiegelberg. A brief review of literature concerning the frequency, possible mechanism and some clinical characteristics of ovarian pregnancy is summarized.
