The occurrence of an abdominal pregnancy is one of the most rare and yet most serious form of extrauterine gestation. The condition of the fetus in abdominal pregnancy is exceedingly precarious and consequently the majority have succumbed. A case of secondary abdominal pregnancy with the delivery of a healthy infant is described.
