저자들은 국립의료원 산부인과에서 임신 제 1기에 병발한 일측 난소의 점액성 낭선암 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 더불어 증례 보고를 하는 바이다.

Ovarian carcinoma associated with pregnancy is an unusual occurrence, but these tumors represent 3% of all ovarian masses subjected to laparotomy during pregnancy. In general, pregnant patients with ovarian malignancy should receive immediate optimal therapy, regardless of the stage of gestation. Some authors recommended that the occasional patient with a early stage rumor of mucinous type or histologically low grade malignancy, can be treated with unilateral adnexectomy during pregnancy, and reevaluated for further therapy postpartm. We present a case of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma of Rt ovary and a brief review of literatures was made.
