최근 저자들은 30세의 여성환자가 원발성 불임과 희발월경을 주소로 내원하여 내분비검사와 병리학적 소견으로 S-L synd을 동반한 자궁내막선암으로 진단받고 자궁전적제술 및 양측부속기 절개술을 시행한 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다

A case of endometrial adenocarcinoma associated with Stein-Leventhal Syndrome is presented with a brief review of literatures A 30 year old female patient was diagnosed endometrial adenocarcinoma by endometrial biopsy during primary infertility work-up She had Stein-Leventhal Syndrome with obese, hirsutism, elevated LH to FSH value, and slightly elevated testosterone value Diagnosis was confirmed endometrial adenocarcinoma associated with Stein-Leventhal Syndrome postoperatively
