20대 전후에 많이 발생하는 극히 악성인 난소의 내배엽동종양은 드물지만, 조기에 발견하여 일측성 난소절제술과 3가지 화학요법을 병행하여 치료한 경우 효과가 있다 저자들은 1984년 6월 26세의 미혼영성에게서 발생한 순수 내배엽동 종양을 경험하고 수술과 화학요법을 실시후 경과 관찰을 하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 이를 보고하는 바이다
