1 저자가 체험한 질횡경막 3예의 발생위치는 모두 질의 상1/3부분이었다 2 3예중 2예는 완전폐쇄였으며, 1예는 양측에 소공을 지닌 질횡격막이었다 3 치료방법으로 절개만을 해 준 결과 3예 모두에서 유착으로 인한 재수술을 해야 했다 유착은 절개면과 절개면, 또는 절개면과 자궁경부에 있었다 4 환자 모두에서 다른 해부학적 이상은 발견할 수 없었으며, 다른 2차성증의 발달도 정상이었다 이상으로, 본 저자가 체험한 질횡경막의 3예를 약간의 문헌고찰과 더불어 보고하는 바이다
