저자들은 본 병원에서 원발성 난소기형종을 병리 조직학적으로 확인할 수은 없으나 1차수술후 7년 4개월만에 재발하여 S-자양 결장에 전이되고 대장막의 임파결절까지 침범된 미성숙 기형종을 체험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다

Immature teratoma is a type of malignant germ cell tumor, representing only 1% of all ovarian tumor and 0 65 percent of ovarian teratomas It must be distinguished from benign teratomas with focal malignant changes The evolution is rapid and the likelihood of metastas is is directly related to the grade of the tumor The prognosis does not appear to be improved by radical surgery as opposed to simple excision, but depends mainly on the tissues of the primary tumor and the peritoneal deposit A case of immature teratoma which metastasized to the sigmoid colon is presented with a brief review of the literatures
