1985년 9월부터 12월 까지 4개월간 경희대학교 의과대학 산부인과학교실에서 시행한 질식분만 60례와 제왕절개술 30례 및 부인과수술 30례를 대상으로 알카리성, 비스테로이드성 진통소염제인 Emazon 을 투여한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다 1 Emazon 300mg 투여군과 600mg 투여군의 3일간 투여후 임상증상의 정도에 따른 평균점수는 가각 1 73±0 75, 0 63±0 71로서 위약군의 2 68±1 29와는 통계학적으로 유의한 전통 소염효과가 있었다 ( p < 0 05) 2 Emazon 의 진통 소염효과는 300mg 투여군에서 현저 효과 12 5%, 중등도 효과 40 0%, 미소효과 42 5%, 무효과 5 0%, 악화 0%로서 중등도 효과이상이 52 5%였고 600mg 투여군에서는 각각 50 0%, 30 0%, 17 5%, 2 5%, 0%로서 중등도 효과 이상이 80 0%였다 위약군에서는 각각 2 5%, 17 5%, 57 5%, 5 0%로서 중등도 효과이상이 20 0%로서 각 군간에 통계상 유의한 차이점을 인정할 수 있었다 3 부작용은 Emazon 300mg투여군과 600mg투여군에서 각각 1례씩 약간의 식욕부진이 있었으며 특별한 부작용은 발견되지 않았다 그러므로 이상의 성적은 종합분석하면 Emazon 은 산부인과 영역에 있어 유의한 진총 소염효과를 인정할 수 있다

The clinical efficacy of Emazon was evaluated in 120 patients from Sep to Dec 1985 at Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Kyung Hee University Hospital Among 120 patients, placebo group was 40 cases, administered group of Emazon 300mg was 40 cases and administered group of Emazon 600mg was 40 cases For the hypothetical scoring system regarding to the efficacy of analgesic and antiinflammatory action, tentative description was given from zero to three as none, slight, fair and severe symptoms The parameters of scoring system include 4 parts as spontaneous pain, pressure pain, swelling and reddening The result were as follows: 1 The mean value score of clinical symptom after administeration for 3 days were 1 73±0 75 in administered group of Emazon 600mg and 2 68±1 29 in placebo group Thus, administered groups of Emazon showed statistically significant difference in efficacy compared to placebo group ( p < 0 05) 2 In administered group of Emazon 300mg, the analgesic and anti-inflammatory efficacy was markedly effective in 12 5%, moderately effective in 40 0% In administered group of Emazon 600mg, it were 50 0%, 30 0% and in placebo group 2 5%, 17 5% respectively 3 Side effects were seen in 1 case of administered group of Emazon 300mg and 1 case of administered group of Emazon 600mg The 2 cases has only slight loss of appetite Thus, Emazon showed highly effective analgesic and auti-inflammatory action in the fields of Obsteteric and Gynecologic practice
