가임연령의 불임환자 27명을 대상으로 배란유도 34주기에서 초음파검사와 기초체온표를 이용하여 배란일을 예측하여 성교후 6~8 시간후에 자궁경관점액검사를 시행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 34주기중 양호 13예(38.2%)와 불량 21예(61.8%)였으며 병적기초체온이 의심되었던 군(Follicular phase defect, Luteal phase defect, Abnormal LH surge, Unrupture luteinized follicle syndrome)에서 양호 12예와 불량 17예, 난관폐쇄증(Tubal obstruction)군에서 양호 1예와 불량 1예, 자궁내막유착증(Endometrial synechia)군에서 불량 3예였다. 2. 나이에 따른 성적은 21~25세에서 양호 5예와 불량 3예, 26~30세에서 양호 6예와 불량 11예, 31~35세에서 양호 2예와 불량 7예로 나이가 적을수록 양호의 빈도는 높았다. 3. Clomid투여 용량과 기간에 따른 성적은 상관관계가 없었다. 4. 배란일과 검사일의 시간간격관계는 배란일 3일이전 검사는 불량 1예, 2일전 검사는 불량 4예, 1일전 검사는 양호 3예와 불량 3예, 배란일과 검사일이 일치된 검사는 양호 4예와 불량 4예, 1일후 검사는 양호 3예와 불량 5예, 2일후 검사는 불량 1예, 3일이후 검사는 양호 1예로 배란일에 근접할수록 양호의 결과가 많았다. 5. 정액분석에 따른 점수는 평균 8.4 3.0, 양호 8.6 3.2, 불량은 8.3 3.0으로 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다(P<0.1).

27 patients of normal reproductive age group(22~34 yrs.) were selected for ovulation induction and postocital test. The time of ovulation was estimated by measuring the maximal diameters of follicles and observing the morphologic changes within the ovary from follicle to corpus luteum, and by basal body temperature(B.B.T.). The postcoital test was performed as closely as possible to the time of ovulation, and each couple was instructed to obstain from sexual intercouse over 48 hrs. prior to the test, which was performed approximatly 6 to hrs. after intercourse. By retrospective analysis, the results were as followings: 1. Among the 34 cases, 13 cases(38.2%) were successful and 21 cases(61.8%) were unsuccessful. In the group of suspicious pathological BBT(follicular phase defect, luteal phase defect, abnormal LH surge, unruptured luteinized follicle syndrome), successful cases were 12 and unsuccessful cases were 17, in the group of tubal obstruction, successful case was 1 and unsuccessful case was 1, in the group of endometrial synechia, unsuccessful cases were 3. 2. In the age group between 21 to 25 yrs., successful cases were 5 and unsuccessful cases were 3, in the group between 26 to 30 yrs., successful cases were 6 and unsuccessful cases were 11, in the group between 31 to 35 yrs., successful cases were 2 and unsuccessful cases were 7. 3. Results according to the dosage and duration of Clomid were not correlated. 4. Results according to the interval between the day of ovulation and the day of test performed were the followings. In the tests performed over 3 days before ovulation, unsuccessful case was 1, in the tests performed 2 days before ovulation, unsuccessful cases were 4, in the tests performed 1 day before ovulation, successful cases were 3 and unsuccessful cases were 3, in the tests performed at the day of ovulation, successful cases were 4 and unsuccessful cases were 4, in the tests performed 1 day after ovulation, unsuccessful case was 1, in the tests performed over 3 days after ovulation, successf
