Pseudomyxoma peritonei is a rare condition that develops following rupture of a mucocele of the appendix or the ovary. Early diagnosis and aggresive surgery offer the best chance for survial of the patient. We experienced a very interesting case of pseudomyxoma peritonei associated with ruptured mucinous cystadenoma of the left ovary and mucocele of the appendix forming isolated mucocele pocket which adherented to the right corner of the uterus. a case of Pseudomyxoma peritonei is reported with a brief review of the concerned literatures.
