Papillary serous cystadenofibroma is one of rare ovarian tumors even in mesosalpinx. This case 39-year-old multipara was refered to our hospital only because of lower back pain and lower abdominal pain. A case of papillary serous cystadenofibroma in mesosalpinx is reported with the brief literature.
