Recently we experienced a case of multiple primary carcinoma involving the uterine cervix and the endometrium. Since Bilorth described the first case in 1889, various types of multiple primary malignant neoplasms have been reported. Multiple primary carcinoma, however, involving the uterine cervix and the endometrium has been regared as a very rare entity. Accordingly we present this rare case with a brief review of the literatures.
