Abstract

저자들은 Behcet환자 1예를 다형백혈구화학주성(chemotactic activity of PMNLs)의 강력한 억제제인 colchicine으로 치험한 바 있어 문헌적고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Behcets syndrome is a recurrent inflammatory disease characterized histologically mainly by polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNLs) infiltration. We tried treating patient with Behects syndrome with colchicine, a strong inhibitor of PMNLs chemotaxia. This case report and review of literature focus on treatment with colchicine.
