본 병원 산부인과에서 어떤 충격의 과거력도 없는 임신 39주의 초산부가 갑자기 좌측복부동통과 쇽 증상이 발현되어 태반조기박리 및 어떤 원인에 의한 복강내 출혈로 추정하고 즉시 시험개복술 및 제왕절개술을 시행하여 건강한 남아를 분만시키고, 원인은 좌측 심장파열로 인한 후복벽출혈로 밝혀져 일반외과의 협조로 좌측 신절제술을 시행하였으며, 조직 소견상 adeno carcinoma로 밝혀져 현재까지 화학요법을 하고 있는 선암 1예를 보고하는 바이다.

Spontaneous repture of the kindey is an extremely rare complication of pregnancy. Such nontraumatic ruptures may occur in either the renal parenchima or the renal pelvis. A case of spontaneous rupture of the kindney associated with pregnancy is presented with brief review of literatures.
