저자등은 한양대학병원 상부인과에서 진단상영행성 카테테르시행 (tetrograde verious catheterization)이 도움이 되었던 PCOD 1예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌고찰과 더불어 중예보고를 하는 바이다.

A case of polycystic ovarian disease is presented. The 30year old unmarried gilr with symptoms of secondary amenorrhea, obesity and hirsutism was suspected to have androgen producing ovarian tumor due to very high level of testosterone and ovarian enlargement on sonography. However, retrograde venous angiographycould rule out androgen producing ovarian disease with histopathology. A brief review of literatures is presented.
