Three cases of female hermaphroditism aging 21,18, and 14 year old respectively due to congenital virilizing adrenal hyperplasia, probably 21-hydroxylation defect in adrenal enzymatic pathway, were presented that occurred in the same siblings. Cosmetic plastic surgery followed by corticosteroid therapy was carred out with rather good effects. Case presentations and the brief summary were included.
