Authors surveyed of 23 women with cornual pregnancy who treated at Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Soon Chun Hyung medical college hospital, Seoul, Korea from Jan. 1, 1975 to July, 31, 1981 and analysis was don from the clinical statistical aspect. The results obtained are as follows: 1) An incidence of ornual pregnancy was 1 in 12 ectopic pregnancies. 2) The majority of the patients were in the 31 to 40 year age group (60.0%). 3) In the parity of the patient, nullipara was 13% of patient experienced the prebious ectopic pregnancy. 5) Termination of the cornal pregnancy was most frequently 8∼12 weeks in 47.8%. 6) In the type of termination, rupture was in 87% of all cases. 7) In 30.4% of patient gad an initial hemoglobin level below 10mg%. In 74% of patient had a intraperitoneal hemorrhage over 1000cc. 8) In 69.6% of patient was treated by cornual wedge resection, in 21.8% by total hysterectomy and in 8.7% by subtotal hysterectomy. 9) There was no death among the cornual pregnant patient.
