Myasthenia Gravis is an autoimmune neuromuscular disorder, characterized by the presence of anti-acetylcholin receptor antibodies. The prevalence of MG has been estimated to be 2 to 10 cases per 100,000 population with a marked predilection for young women. We experienced a case of M.G. in pregnancy in 34-year old Woman, received neostigmine therapy and was delivered with Iow forceps. We present this csse with a brief review of the literatures.
