저자 등은 최근 본원 산부인과에서 자궁체부에 발생한 혼합 중배엽성 육종 1례를 경험하였으며 전자궁적출술과 양측난소난관절제술 및 방사선치료를 시행하여 1년간 재발없이 생존하였다.

Mixed mesodermal tumor of the uterine corpus is a rare and highly malignant tumor.Such tumor arises from the mesodermal tissue associated with the mullerian duct, and may certain a combination of fibrous or myxomatous elements, smooth muscle, striated muscle, cartilage, bone, or fat. A case of this type was recently experienced in a 68-year-old woman and is reported with brief review of literature. The patient has been followed for 1 year without evidence. We present a case of this type with a brief review of literature available.
