저자들은 서울대학교 병원 산부인과에서 임신에 합병된 갈색세포종의 1예를 치험하였기에 증례보고와 함께 간단한 문헌적 고찰을 하였다.

Pheochromocytoma is a rare complication of pregnancy and poses a serious threat to the wellbeing of the mother and fetus. The mortality rate is significantly low if the tumor is detected prior to term. But it seems to be that too many cases still go unreconized because of close similarity between pheochromocytoma and toxemia. A case of pregnancy complicated by pheochromocytoma in 22-year old woman is reported with review of literatures.
