본증례는 비교적 잘 분리된 내장기관을 가진 35주되는 흉부유합중복기형아를 제왕절개술로 분만시킨 1예를 경험하였기에 부검 소견 및 문헌 고찰과 아울러 보고하였다.

Intrapartum diagnosis of conjoined twins in quite rare, and in most instans the diagnosis has not been established prior to the time of birth. Surgical separation of viable twins has increased in recent years with improved technics and will undoubtedly increased more. A case of 35th week of gestation thoracopagus, delivered by cesarean section, is reported with a brief review of the related literatures.
