저자 등은 충남대학 부속병원 산부인과에서 난소유피종에 병발된 편평상피세포암 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

An ovarian dermoid cyst combined with wquamous cell carcinima was presented. A 57 year old woman complaining of abdominal pain and lower abdominal mass was taken laparotomy. Left ovary was measured 10*15*7cm, 650gm in size. Ascites, adhesion and other gross abnormalities were not found. Gross appearance and cut surface of tumor revealed typical dermoid cyst except a small portion of inner wall directed to the mesoovarium which was found to be moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Some invasions to the left tube and outerwall of left uterus were noted.
