1.서울대학교 산부인과 외래에 내원하거나 입원한 임산부 11명, 부인과 환자 13명 등 총 24명을 선정하여 정주용 철제인 Blutal 2 Ampoule (철 80mg)을 평균 6.6일 (철 530gm)을 정맥주사한 후 그 효과를 관찰하였다. 2.혈색소량은 치료전 평균 9.71+-1.1gm/dl에서 치료후 평균 10.25+-0.9gm/dl로 적혈구수는 치료전 3.39+-0.38(*10(6)/ mm(3))서 치료후 3.58+-0.32(*10(6)/mm(3))로 혈청철은 치료전 65.75+-20.9r/dl에서 치료후103.6+-51.62r/dl로서 유의한 빈혈의 개선을 보였다. 3.본제투여에 의한 간.신장애는 인지되지 않았다. 4.혈색소량,혈구용적,혈청철의 3항목을 효과반정 기준으로 삼은 결과 24예중 20예인 83.3%에서 특효,4예인16.7%에서 유효함으로써 우수한 성적을 보였다. 5.이상으로 경구철제의 사용이 곤란하거나 위장장애로 인한 흡수장애가 있는 경우 또한 신속한 효과를 필요로 하는 철결핍성빈혈환자에 Blutal제는 통분한 임상효과를 기대할 수 있으리라 사료된다.

Anemia resulting from pregnancy, childbirth, hemorrhagic disorders has been and continues to be one of the major problems confronting the physician who treats women. This study was performed for cnfirm to the effects of intravenous iron preparaton "Blutal" in 11 pregnant women and 13 gynecological patients, who were suffered from iron deficiency anemia. About all patients, hemoglobin, hematocrit and reticulocyte, serum iron, T.I.B.C.,LFT were check at pretreatment, posttreatment 4th day, 8th day. All patients were administered 2 (ampoules) of "Blutal" every day on intravenous (The results are as follows;) 1.24 patients were treated with average 663mg (range 320~1280mg) of intravenous iron for average 5.3 days (4~16 days) 2.Rising hemoglobin level shows from pretreatment 9.71+-1.1g/dl to post treatment 10.25+-0.9g/dl. also rising serum iron level shows from 56.75+-20.9r/dl to 103.6_-51r/dl. 3.Deleterious reaction of the drug were few and negligible. 4.An excellent response was seen in 20 patients( 83.3%), 4 patients(16.7%) shows good response.
